If you choose to refuse your shipment because you do not want to pay the import duties or taxes on arrival, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that a return fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the parcel being sent back to us.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange it.*

Once your return is made, please allow up to 10 days for it to be received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been handled.

For UK customers, VAT is included in the prices.

After placing an order and receiving the confirmation email, our team will start to manage the shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, you will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number.

If your order hasn't been prepared by our warehouse, you can cancel or modify it by contacting info@vivaceclub.com within 2 hours of placing it.
